Zwei Gleichungen: (x+2)·(x-2)=(x+2)^2-10 und (x+12)^2=(x-13)^2

hallo also ich habe fast alle gleichungen bis auf diese zwei gelöst

(x+2)·(x-2)=(x+2)^2-10

(x+12)^2=(x-13)^2

kann mir jemand die aufgabe erklären oder machen?

(x+2)·(x-2)=(x+2)²-10

x²-2x+2x-4=(x²+4x+4)-10

x²-2x+2x-4=x²+4x+4-10     |-x²

-4=4x-6                                  |+6

2=4x                                       |:4

1/2=x

(x+12)²=(x-13)²

(x²+24x+144)=(x²-26x+169)

x²+24x+144=x²-26x+169            |-x²

24x+144=-26x+169                     |+26x 

50x+144=169                               |-144

50x= 25                                           |:50

x= 1/2

Hinweis: Denke an die Binomischen Formel!

x^2 - 4 = x^2 + 4x + 4 - 10

4x = 2

x = 1/2

x^2 + 24x + 144 = x^2 - 26x + 169

50x = 25

x = 1/2
