$$\frac{\sqrt{x}*(\sqrt{x}-\sqrt{y})}{(\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{y})*(\sqrt{x}-\sqrt{y})}+\frac{\sqrt{x}*(\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{y})}{(\sqrt{x}-\sqrt{y})*(\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{y})}+1$$
$$=\frac{ x-\sqrt{x*y}}{x-y}+\frac{x+\sqrt{x*y}}{x-y}+1$$
$$=\frac{ 2x}{x-y}+1$$
$$=\frac{ 2x}{x-y}+\frac{ x-y}{x-y}$$
$$=\frac{ 3x-y}{x-y}$$
