$$12,93\cdot y = 173,35\cdot x$$ wird nach Umformen zu $$\dfrac{12,93}{173,35}=\dfrac{x}{y}.$$ Erweitere das mit $\dfrac{1}{12,93}$.

12.93·y = 173.35·x

y/x = 173.35/12.93 = 17335/1293 = 13.4:1

x/y = 12.93/173.35 = 1293/17335 = 1:13.4
