x - (y + 1)/3 = 1
3x - (y + 1) = 3
3x - y - 1 = 3
3x - y = 4

y - (x + 2)/5 = 4
5y - (x + 2) = 20
5y - x - 2 = 20
5y - x = 22

Du hast also das Gleichungssystem

3x - y = 4
5y - x = 22

I + 3*II

14y = 70
y = 5

3x - 5 = 4
3x = 9
x = 3

I: (x-4)/4 = (3y-3)/6 - 4

6x - 24 = 12y -12 - 96

6x - 12y = -84

x - 2y = -14

II: (2x + 3y)/9 = y - 6

2x + 3y = 9y - 54

2x - 6y = -54

-2*I + II

4y - 6y = 28 - 54

-2y = - 26

y = 13

x = 12
